Egg and Avocado Mash Baby Meal
Ingredients
Equipment
Method
- Begin by filling a small pot with water and bring it to a gentle boil.
- Carefully place the eggs in the pot and boil for 8-10 minutes for hard-boiled eggs. Once cooked, transfer them to a bowl of cold water to stop the cooking process.
- While the eggs are cooking, cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- After the eggs have cooled, peel them and mash them into the bowl with avocado using a fork or potato masher.
- If the mixture is too thick, add a tablespoon of water to reach a smoother consistency.
- For added flavor, you can mix in a tiny pinch of salt and a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
- Spoon the mash into small portions suitable for your baby’s appetite.
