- Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F). In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Marinate the fish fillets in this mixture for at least 15 minutes.
- Place the marinated fish fillets on a greased baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flaky.
- While the fish is baking, prepare the fresh salad. In another mixing bowl, combine diced red bell pepper, cucumber, mixed greens, and chopped cilantro. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice, then toss gently to combine.
- Once the fish is ready, remove it from the oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes. Plate the fish alongside the fresh salad on a large serving platter.
- Add avocado slices and lime wedges on the side as optional toppings. Serve immediately while warm for the best experience!
