- In a medium saucepan, combine the chopped mangoes and water (or breast milk).
- Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
- Cook for about 15 minutes until the mangoes are very soft, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth. Add more water or breast milk if needed to achieve your desired consistency.
- Once blended, let the puree cool completely before serving. Portion into small containers.

If your baby is older and ready for new flavors, a pinch of cinnamon can add a delightful warmth to the puree.
Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days or freeze in small portions for up to a month.
