One-Bowl Cardamom Brownie with Coconut Flakes

- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease or line your baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, cardamom, and salt. Whisk together until well blended.
- Make a well in the center and add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until just combined, showing a slightly lumpy batter.
- Fold in the shredded coconut gently until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs (not wet batter).
- Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cooled, cut into 12 neat squares and garnish with extra coconut flakes if desired.
