Method
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the diced chicken with sumac, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Add broccoli florets and peas to the skillet. Stir and cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the vegetables to become tender but still crisp.
- Combine the cooked noodles with the chicken and vegetable mixture in the skillet. Toss everything together to mix well, allowing the flavors to meld for about 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve in bowls, garnished with chopped dill and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Enjoy with optional hot sauce as desired!

Notes
If any leftovers remain, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; simply reheat in the skillet or microwave.
Remember, the sumac adds a lovely tang, but you can adjust the seasoning to your taste.
