Ingredients
  

  • 2 (200 g) ripe bananas
  • 150 g plain whole milk yogurt
  • 30 ml water
  • (optional) a pinch of cinnamon optional

  • Blender (optional for smoother texture)

Method
 

  1. Start by peeling the ripe bananas and breaking them into chunks.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas using a fork or potato masher until they obtain a thick puree with soft lumps.
  3. If you prefer a smoother consistency, transfer the mashed bananas to a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the mashed bananas and water if needed, stirring for about 2-3 minutes to warm through.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  6. Stir in the plain whole milk yogurt until well combined.
  7. If you want to add a pinch of cinnamon, now is the time to enhance the flavor!
  8. Allow to cool completely before serving in small portions for your baby to enjoy.
