Method

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced beets and cubed watermelon.
  3. Drizzle with lime juice and gently toss to coat the fruits evenly, being careful not to mash the watermelon.
  4. Transfer the fruit mixture into a serving bowl and sprinkle the coconut flakes on top.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for an aromatic touch.
