- In a small pot, combine the water, chopped dates, and sliced strawberries. Bring it to a boil over medium heat.
- Once boiling, reduce to a simmer and add the loose herbal tea and ground cardamom. Allow it to steep for 5 minutes.
- After steeping, remove from heat and strain the mixture into a tall glass, discarding the solids.
- Stir in the oat milk, adjusting to your desired creaminess. If you prefer a sweeter drink, add honey or agave syrup to taste.
- For a chilled version, pour over ice cubes. For a warm option, enjoy it straight away while still steaming.
- Lastly, garnish with fresh mint leaves, if using, and serve!

Feel free to experiment with the fruit in this herbal tea! Substitute the strawberries with other berries or even peaches for a delightful twist.
