  • 150 g fresh blueberries
  • 500 ml water
  • 2 tbsp herbal tea (like chamomile or hibiscus)
  • 200 ml kefir
  • 2 tbsp date syrup
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (for sprinkling)
  • Extra fresh berries for garnish optional

Method
