Method
- Begin by heating the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for about 7-10 minutes until the beef is browned and fully cooked.
- Stir in the chopped cauliflower, mixing it with the beef. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the cauliflower is tender but still has a little bite.
- Pour in the honey mustard sauce and mix well. Allow this mixture to simmer for 2-3 minutes until heated through and slightly thickened.
- Warm the flour tortillas in another skillet or directly over a low flame for about 30 seconds on each side until they are pliable.
- Spoon the beef and cauliflower mixture onto each tortilla, top with sliced radishes and cilantro.
- Fold the tacos in half and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve alongside a simple side salad for a complete meal!

Notes
Feel free to switch the ground beef for ground turkey or plant-based protein for a lighter option!
You can also experiment with different sauces—spicy mustard or yogurt-based dressings can add a whole new dimension.
Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days and can easily be reheated in the microwave, just be caution not to overcook the beef again.
