  • 50 g 50 g fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 lemon 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • Sliced red onion optional
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved optional

Method
