  • 100 g cucumber
  • 100 g zucchini
  • 50 g fresh dill
  • 80 g tahini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced turkey, cubed bread, cucumber, zucchini, and chopped dill.

  3. Drizzle half of the tahini dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to combine.
  4. Let the salad rest for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Before serving, give the salad another gentle toss and add more tahini dressing as desired.
  6. For an extra touch, sprinkle with optional toppings like crumbled feta and pomegranate seeds or add avocado slices just before serving.
