- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed fresh fruits, 100 g of sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir gently to coat the fruit evenly.
- In a separate bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, baking powder, and remaining 50 g of sugar. Add in the melted butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Pour the fruit mixture into the baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture over the top of the fruit layer. Finally, sprinkle the sesame seeds over the oats for that lovely crunch.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling around the edges.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes before slicing into neat portions.
- Serve warm or at room temperature, garnished with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Notes
Chef’s Tip: Feel free to adjust the fruit selection based on what’s in season or what you have on hand; just ensure they are ripe and sweet for the best flavor. If you want to make it a bit healthier, you can substitute half of the sugar for a natural sweetener like honey or maple syrup! Storage wise, this crisp keeps well in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Simply reheat in a 175°C (350°F) oven for a few minutes before serving to revive that wonderful texture. Enjoy your cooking adventure!
