  • 4 large whole-wheat tortillas
  • 100 g radishes
  • 100 g fresh spinach
  • 4 tbsp smoky chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 cut into wedges lime
  • Avocado slices optional

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken breast to the pan and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté for about 7-10 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  3. Stir in the smoky chili sauce and cook for another 3-5 minutes until well coated and heated.
  4. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the wraps. Lay a tortilla flat and layer with fresh spinach, sliced radishes, and a portion of the smoky chicken mixture.
  5. Carefully roll the wrap, tucking in the ends as you go to secure the fillings.
  6. Cut the wrap in half at a diagonal and arrange on a serving plate. Serve alongside a simple side salad of your choice and lime wedges for squeezing over the wrap.
