  • 150 ml brewed coffee (cooled)
  • 1 medium ripe peach (peeled and chopped)
  • 1/2 ripe papaya (peeled and chopped)
  • 30 g rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Ice cubes
  • Pinch ground cinnamon optional
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. Brew a strong cup of green tea and coffee, allowing them to cool to room temperature.
  2. In a blender, combine the chopped peach, papaya, rolled oats, honey (if using), and cooled green tea and coffee. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture and add more honey if a sweeter flavor is desired, then blend again to combine.
  4. Fill two glasses with ice cubes, pour the fruit coffee mixture over the ice, and stir gently to mix.
  5. For a warm version, heat the blended mixture in a saucepan over low heat until warm but not boiling; serve in a warmed glass.
  6. Sprinkle each glass with a dash of ground cinnamon and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
