Begin by spooning half of the yogurt into the bottom of a tall glass or parfait dish to create the first layer.
Add a layer of granola on top of the yogurt, about half of the granola amount.
Sprinkle half of the coconut flakes over the granola.
If using fresh fruits, add a layer of your chosen fruits on top of the coconut flakes.
Repeat the layers by adding the remaining yogurt, granola, coconut flakes, and fruits until you reach the top of the glass.
For an added touch of sweetness, drizzle honey over the final layer if desired.
Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for a few minutes before enjoying.
