Pour the egg mixture into the skillet with the peas, stirring gently to combine. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the eggs are just set but still creamy. Remove from heat.
While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread slices in another skillet or toaster until golden brown.
To serve, place the toasted bread on plates and spoon the za'atar egg mixture over the top.
