- Peel the ripe bananas and cut them into chunks. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth, leaving small lumps for texture.
- In a pot, combine the mashed bananas and water. Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is warm and slightly thickened.
- Remove the pot from heat and allow it to cool slightly. Stir in the yogurt until fully incorporated and the mixture is creamy.
- If desired, sprinkle a tiny pinch of cinnamon for added flavor.
- Allow the mixture to cool to a safe temperature before serving in small portions to your baby. Ensure it's neither too hot nor too thick for their tiny mouths!
