  • 200 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa), chopped
  • 50 g unsalted butter
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 100 g digestive biscuits, crushed
  • Cocoa powder for dusting optional
  • Additional black pepper for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. In a saucepan over low heat, combine the chopped dark chocolate and unsalted butter. Stir frequently until fully melted and smooth.
