  • 200 g whole wheat noodles
  • 100 g fresh spinach
  • 100 g carrots, julienned
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp black pepper

  • 4 tbsp tahini

Method
 

  1. Prepare the noodles: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the whole wheat noodles and cook according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
