  • 150 g boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
  • 1 medium potato (about 150 g), peeled and chopped
  • 500 ml water or low-sodium chicken broth

Method
 

  1. In a medium pot, bring 500 ml of water or chicken broth to a boil.

  3. Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for about 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
  4. Remove from heat, allowing the mixture to cool slightly for about 5 minutes.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a blender or food processor. Blend until a desired consistency is reached. If needed, add a little extra water or broth to thin it out. There should be soft lumps included for texture.
  6. Serve in small portions, allowing it to cool to a safe temperature before feeding your baby.
