  • 200 g fresh grapes
  • 150 g fresh blueberries
  • 500 ml coconut water
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or agave syrup
  • 1 L cold water
  • for serving Ice cubes
  • for garnish Mint leaves optional

Method
 

  1. Prepare the fruit: Rinse the grapes and blueberries under cold water. Halve the grapes, setting aside a few whole for garnish if desired.
  2. Combine: In a large pitcher, add the halved grapes, blueberries, honey (or agave), turmeric, and cinnamon.
  3. Mix: Pour in the coconut water and cold water. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients, ensuring the honey dissolves completely.
  4. Rest: Allow the mixture to sit in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to let the flavors meld.
