Ingredients
  

  • 200 g turkey breast, sliced
  • 100 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 50 g lettuce (e.g. romaine or iceberg)
  • 2 whole wheat tortillas (about 70 g each)
  • 2 tbsp honey mustard sauce
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced turkey and mushrooms to the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the turkey is cooked through and the mushrooms are tender.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the honey mustard sauce with the cooked turkey and mushrooms. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Warm the whole wheat tortillas in the pan for about 1 minute on each side until they are pliable.
  5. Lay each tortilla flat, and layer with lettuce. Spoon equal portions of the turkey-mushroom mixture onto each tortilla.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortillas inward and then roll them up tightly to form a wrap.
  7. Cut the wraps in half and serve with a side salad and a lime wedge.
