Method
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the sliced turkey and mushrooms to the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the turkey is cooked through and the mushrooms are tender.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the honey mustard sauce with the cooked turkey and mushrooms. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Warm the whole wheat tortillas in the pan for about 1 minute on each side until they are pliable.
- Lay each tortilla flat, and layer with lettuce. Spoon equal portions of the turkey-mushroom mixture onto each tortilla.
- Fold the sides of the tortillas inward and then roll them up tightly to form a wrap.
- Cut the wraps in half and serve with a side salad and a lime wedge.

Notes
Feel free to substitute the turkey with grilled chicken or even tofu for a vegetarian option! If you want to pack in even more fiber, add some sliced cucumbers or bell peppers to your wrap. These wraps can be made ahead of time; just keep the ingredients separate until you’re ready to eat to avoid sogginess. Enjoy your cooking adventure!
