  • 150 g Baby spinach
  • 200 g, chopped Broccoli
  • 100 g Arugula
  • 300 g, shredded or diced Cooked turkey breast
  • 30 g, chopped Fresh parsley
  • 50 g Chopped walnuts or almonds optional
  • 30 g Dried cranberries optional
  • to taste Cracked black pepper optional

Method
