  • 200 g mixed greens (arugula, spinach, etc.)
  • 100 g lettuce, chopped
  • 150 g corn (fresh or canned)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ½ tsp ground cumin
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)
  • Sliced avocado optional
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved optional
  • Radishes, thinly sliced optional

Method
