Ingredients
  

  • 200 g zucchini
  • 50 ml breast milk or formula
  • cinnamon optional
  • Other pureed vegetables like carrots or peas optional

Method
 

  1. Start by washing the zucchini thoroughly under running water.
  2. Dice the zucchini into small pieces to ensure even cooking.
  3. In a pot, add the diced zucchini with a small amount of water (about 50 ml) and cover it with a lid.
  4. Cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the zucchini is very soft and easily pierced with a fork.
  5. Once cooked, transfer the zucchini to a blender or food processor. If using, add breast milk or formula to achieve your desired consistency.
  6. Blend until smooth, adjusting with more liquid if needed, and check the temperature before serving.
  7. Spoon the puree into small portions for your baby and serve warm.
