- Start by washing the zucchini thoroughly under running water.
- Dice the zucchini into small pieces to ensure even cooking.
- In a pot, add the diced zucchini with a small amount of water (about 50 ml) and cover it with a lid.
- Cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the zucchini is very soft and easily pierced with a fork.
- Once cooked, transfer the zucchini to a blender or food processor. If using, add breast milk or formula to achieve your desired consistency.
- Blend until smooth, adjusting with more liquid if needed, and check the temperature before serving.
- Spoon the puree into small portions for your baby and serve warm.
