Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cubed brioche bread with melted butter, ensuring all is well-coated.
  2. In another bowl, mix the pistachio paste, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and heavy cream until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold the brioche mixture into the pistachio mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap, leaving a generous overhang.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the lined loaf pan, pressing it down to create an even surface.
  6. Wrap the mixture tightly with the overhanging plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  7. Once set, carefully unwrap and remove the brioche roll from the pan.
