- Warm the pita bread on a griddle or in a toaster until slightly crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Cut the warmed pita into wedges and arrange them on a serving platter.
- Place the tahini sauce in a small bowl at the center of the platter for dipping.
- Arrange the cucumber sticks and halved cherry tomatoes around the pita and tahini for a colorful presentation.
- Finish by squeezing a bit of lemon juice over the vegetables and sprinkle with fresh herbs. Serve immediately.
