  • 2 medium carrots

Method
 

  1. Start by peeling and dicing the mangoes, peeling and chopping the carrots, and washing the fresh spinach.
  2. In a blender, combine diced mangoes, chopped carrots, spinach, rice milk, and fresh lemon juice. Blend until smooth. If you prefer, you can strain the mixture through a sieve to achieve a smoother texture.
  3. Add the cold water and ground cinnamon to the blended mixture. Blend again until well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or agave syrup if desired.
