- Start by peeling and dicing the mangoes, peeling and chopping the carrots, and washing the fresh spinach.
- In a blender, combine diced mangoes, chopped carrots, spinach, rice milk, and fresh lemon juice. Blend until smooth. If you prefer, you can strain the mixture through a sieve to achieve a smoother texture.
- Add the cold water and ground cinnamon to the blended mixture. Blend again until well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or agave syrup if desired.
- Pour the lemonade into tall glasses filled with ice cubes. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for an extra touch of freshness.
- For a warming drink, pour the mixture into a pot and gently heat until warm. Serve in mugs and enjoy the cozy flavors.
