- While the turkey is cooking, warm the cooked jasmine rice in a separate pot, seasoning gently with salt and a squeeze of lime if desired.
- Once the turkey is cooked, remove the skillet from the heat and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
- To assemble the bento box, divide the rice into two sections. Top with the cooked turkey.
- On the side, arrange the sliced radishes and diced beets for color and crunch.
- Garnish with the remaining chopped dill and serve with lime wedges on the side.
- Optional: If using a bamboo sushi mat, roll the rice and turkey in it for an elegant presentation before placing in the bento box.
