- In a saucepan, bring 900 ml of water to a boil.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and add the black tea bags. Steep for about 5 minutes until the tea is brewed to your liking.
- While the tea is steeping, prepare the fruits by halving the grapes and gently crushing the blackberries to release their juices.
- After steeping, remove the tea bags and stir in the fresh basil leaves. Let it sit for 15 minutes to infuse the basil flavor.
- Strain the tea to remove the basil leaves, then allow the tea to cool to room temperature, or refrigerate for quicker cooling.
- Once cool, stir in the soy milk and mix well.
- To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and distribute the halved grapes and crushed blackberries among them. Pour the iced tea mixture over the fruits.
- Garnish with additional berries and basil, if desired. Enjoy your refreshing drink!

If you prefer a sweeter drink, add a touch of honey or agave syrup during the mixing step.
