This refreshing tall glass of iced tea is a delightful combination of sweet grapes and tart blackberries, perfectly complemented by a hint of basil. Ingredients
  

  • 200 g fresh grapes
  • 100 g fresh blackberries
  • 900 ml water
  • 4 black tea bags
  • 250 ml soy milk
  • 10 fresh basil leaves
  • for serving Ice cubes
  • for garnish Additional blackberries and grapes optional
  • for garnish More basil leaves optional

Method
 

  1. In a saucepan, bring 900 ml of water to a boil.
  2. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the black tea bags. Steep for about 5 minutes until the tea is brewed to your liking.
  3. While the tea is steeping, prepare the fruits by halving the grapes and gently crushing the blackberries to release their juices.
  4. After steeping, remove the tea bags and stir in the fresh basil leaves. Let it sit for 15 minutes to infuse the basil flavor.
  5. Strain the tea to remove the basil leaves, then allow the tea to cool to room temperature, or refrigerate for quicker cooling.
  6. Once cool, stir in the soy milk and mix well.
  7. To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and distribute the halved grapes and crushed blackberries among them. Pour the iced tea mixture over the fruits.
  8. Garnish with additional berries and basil, if desired. Enjoy your refreshing drink!
