- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease the muffin tin or ramekins lightly with non-stick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced apples and mashed banana. Set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk together the melted dark chocolate, eggs, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and baking powder until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the fruit and fold gently until the fruit is evenly coated.
- Divide the mixture evenly among the prepared muffin tin or ramekins.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until the tops are set and slightly firm to the touch.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before gently removing from the tin.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh mixed berries and a dollop of whipped cream or yogurt if desired.
