  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 300 g apples, peeled and thinly sliced (such as Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • 50 g coconut flakes
  • Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for serving optional
  • Extra coconut flakes for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 9-inch round baking dish.
