- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and cardamom powder. Gradually add this dry mix to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, until a smooth batter forms.
- Gently fold in the mixed fresh fruits to your batter, being careful not to break them.
- Pour the mixture into the greased tart pan and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for around 30–35 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Once cool, spread the fruit jam evenly over the top of the tart, then cut into neat slices for serving.
- Optional: Serve with whipped cream and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
