- In a mixing bowl, combine the tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth to create a dressing.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the sliced beef for about 4–5 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Season with additional salt and pepper as desired.
- Remove the beef from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- In the meantime, prepare the bento box by layering the bottom with whole grain bread squares.
- Next, add the cooked beef on top of the bread, followed by the shredded cabbage and cherry tomatoes for color and crunch.
- Drizzle the tahini dressing over the top of the veggies and beef. Sprinkle with fresh dill.
- Serve the bento box with lime wedges for squeezing over the dish before eating.
