Scoop out small portions of the mixture, approximately 15-20 grams each, and form them into bite-sized balls or squares.
Roll each piece in the unsweetened shredded coconut to coat evenly. For a more pronounced coconut kick, you can also roll the bites in additional coconut flakes.
