- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease the baking dish with a little butter or non-stick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled brewed coffee, sugar, and eggs. Whisk until you have a smooth mixture.
- Gradually fold in the almond flour and all-purpose flour until well combined, ensuring you eliminate any lumps.
- Gently stir in the mixed berries and chocolate chips, being careful not to mash the berries.
- Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for 30 minutes before cutting into desired servings.
- Serve garnished with fresh mint leaves and additional chocolate chips if desired.
