  • 100 g (such as arugula and spinach) mixed salad greens
  • 1 medium, diced red bell pepper
  • 1 small, finely chopped red onion
  • 30 g, chopped fresh coriander
  • 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Juice of lemons
  • for serving Lemon wedges optional
  • 150 g Sliced avocado optional
  • for garnish Sesame seeds optional

Method

  3. Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice over the salad mixture. Toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.
