- Start by washing the plums thoroughly. Slice them open, remove the pits, and dice them into small cubes.
- Peel the carrots and grate them using a grater until you have 150 g.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced plums and grated carrots. Toss them gently to mix.
- If desired, add honey to the mixture for a touch of sweetness, and mix well.
- Divide the fruit mixture into serving bowls.
- Top each bowl with coconut flakes and, if using, a dollop of Greek yogurt.
- For a finishing touch, sprinkle chopped nuts on top and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
